Description

One of the biggest criticisms of the various versions of “Oldtime” strength books available on Amazon.com is that they are littered with spelling errors and typos. Just check the reviews and you’ll see this over and over again.

The people behind these versions typically go the quick and easy rout in grabbing the text and never bother to read it over and make corrections (or even run spell check) afterwards.

This practice stands in stark contrast to *THIS* version of Earle E. Liederman’s classic tome “Muscle Building” in that every single word of our edition has been re-typed, checked, and re-checked to make absolutely sure it is correct. Also of note is that we have also made a few improvements over the original print edition (such as correcting the captions for two of the images which had been reversed in the original 1924 printing).

We have also carefully scanned each of the classic images and present each one of them in the highest resolution which not only provides you, the reader, with the best possible experience, but also illustrates what is possible from a physical training standpoint in the days before fancy programs, miracle supplements and growth drugs.

Here is a (slightly abridged) look at the contents of each of the chapters (NB: we had to shorten this list due to space requirements, there is additional material besides what is listed here.):
